About the role
We are looking for an IT Service Manager to support our Cloud platforms – maintenance and quality assurance, financial and vendor management, and cloud governance.
How you will get the job done
- managing finance in cloud environments – AWS, Azure
- overseeing the delivery of cloud services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements, and continuously improving service quality
- monitoring and analyzing cloud service performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- conducting service reviews with the customer and Cloud Service Providers
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify IT service requirements and prioritize initiatives based on business needs
- cooperating with internal and external teams to ensure effective deployment and maintenance of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
- conducting regular reviews and audits of IT services to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- taking part in the risk management process for cloud services
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in the Polish language (spoken and written) at the C1/C2 level
- excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- hands-on experience in IT Service Management – incident, problem, change, and request management practices
- ability to organize and coordinate the work of SMEs from different parts of the organization and experience in project management would be an advantage
- hands-on experience working with ITSM tools – BMC Remedy, Service Now
- knowledge of the AWS and Azure platform would be an advantage
- reporting design experience – service reports, dashboards, SLAMs
- continuous improvement attitude and proactive mindset
Nice to have
- Cloud-related training and/or certification
- ITIL and/or COBIT certification
