About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Manager to support our Cloud platforms – maintenance and quality assurance, financial and vendor management, and cloud governance.

How you will get the job done

  • managing finance in cloud environments – AWS, Azure
  • overseeing the delivery of cloud services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements, and continuously improving service quality
  • monitoring and analyzing cloud service performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • conducting service reviews with the customer and Cloud Service Providers
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify IT service requirements and prioritize initiatives based on business needs
  • cooperating with internal and external teams to ensure effective deployment and maintenance of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
  • conducting regular reviews and audits of IT services to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
  • taking part in the risk management process for cloud services

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in the Polish language (spoken and written) at the C1/C2 level
  • excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • hands-on experience in IT Service Management – incident, problem, change, and request management practices
  • ability to organize and coordinate the work of SMEs from different parts of the organization and experience in project management would be an advantage
  • hands-on experience working with ITSM tools – BMC Remedy, Service Now
  • knowledge of the AWS and Azure platform would be an advantage
  • reporting design experience – service reports, dashboards, SLAMs
  • continuous improvement attitude and proactive mindset

Nice to have

  • Cloud-related training and/or certification
  • ITIL and/or COBIT certification
