As an IT Demand Manager you will be responsible for the management of an IT demand throughout its whole lifecycle. IT Demand Manager interacts with all initiative stakeholders, quantifies and validates business case, engages subject matter experts as appropriate in order to facilitate design sprints, clarifies business initiatives and underlying business requirements.
He/ She acts as a member of an agile team as well as independent support for the business initiatives. He/ She also manages epics, creates and participates in user acceptance tests, monitors state of the deliverable and negotiates changes to the project with the stakeholders.
In collaboration with Delivery Managers, he/she is responsible to initiate the program/project providing the input for definition of deliverables and managing budget allocation.
He/ She can support incident, configuration or problem management processes in the scope of Demand Management.
