Internship Program Let’s Activate IT! is directed to students, graduates, and people returning to work after a longer absence. We offer paid internships in our two main locations – Warsaw and Gdansk – depending on the location of the team to which you apply.

You’ll work on meaningful projects that are important for the ERGO Group overall strategy and have a real impact on the business. You can choose Technology Path or Business Path to develop your professional skills.

About the roles

1. Intern in a DevSecOps team (Warsaw) – you will support the team with daily tasks, including generating vulnerability reports, creating scripts, and developing code that defines infrastructure (IaC). As you collaborate with more experienced team members, you will help improve the Security Automation Framework (SAF) and other security mechanisms. In this role, you will work with Linux, Python, Bash, and Terraform.
2. Intern in a DevOps team (Warsaw) – you will be responsible for configuring low-level Azure settings, including Azure permissions. In collaboration with the team, you will coordinate the product life cycle for technologies within the project. For this role, a basic understanding of cloud concepts and user management, preferably with Microsoft Azure, will be a plus.
3. Intern in a Data Engineering team (Warsaw) – you will support the team in daily data engineering tasks, including data ingestion, processing, and analysis. This involves maintaining and monitoring data pipelines and participating in bug-fixing activities. You will use SQL and Python to perform these tasks.
4. Intern in a Software Engineering team (Warsaw) – you will support the team by writing unit tests, fixing issues based on the SonarQube reports, and creating new features. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating documentation. In your daily work, you will use HTML, CSS, Java, and JavaScript.
5. Intern in an SAP team (Gdansk) – you will support the team by performing functional and regression testing for SAP solutions, identifying bugs, and ensuring the system meets specified requirements. Additionally, you will provide first-level support to clients by addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues. Familiarity with ERP systems and databases is essential for this role, as well as a strong understanding of financial and accounting principles to effectively support business processes.​
6. Intern in a Service Management team (Warsaw) – you will support the team by creating reports, monitoring the service, and participating in client meetings. In your daily work, you will use various tools, including Microsoft Power BI.

Skills and experience you will need

• English language proficiency (at least at a B2 level)

• availability 35-40 hours per week
