About the role

The Internal Communication and Employee Relations Specialist​ is responsible for planning, creating, and implementing internal HR communication initiatives while coordinating local events that foster employee engagement and strengthen the company culture. This role works closely with HR and leaders of all levels to ensure consistent messaging and a positive employee experience.

How you will get the job done

• managing internal HR communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, team updates, email communications)
• writing and editing internal content in a clear, engaging, and employee-friendly tone
• organizing and coordinating company events (e.g., team-building activities)
• ensuring alignment of communication with the Group Communication strategy, the company’s mission, values, and tone of voice
• creating and editing HR visual and communication materials, including graphic design for internal use (e.g. presentations, infographics, newsletters, and digital content)

Skills and experience you will need

• fluent level of English (min. C1)
• University degree in communications, public relations, HR, business, or a related field
• minimum 3-4 years of experience in internal communications, HR communications and event coordination
• expertise in writing and delivering effective internal content
• experience organizing events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics and stakeholder management
• familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., intranet tools, MS 365, collaboration apps)
• planning and methodological skills – ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• hands-on experience with graphic tools for preparing visual communication materials
