the job done<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>participating in the development of global solutions<\/li>\n<li>supporting the coordination of the international implementation and roll-out of digital learning and information platforms e.g. Learning Management Systems (Success Factors), LinkedIn Learning, Speexx<\/li>\n<li>maintaining the digital learning and information platforms e.g. Learning Management Systems (Success Factors), LinkedIn Learning, Speexx, SharePoint, etc.<\/li>\n<li>managing, administrating and supporting technical platform<\/li>\n<li>supporting design, delivery and operationalization of digital learning formats and offerings (e.g.,WBTs, videos, Learning Journeys)<\/li>\n<li>organising and supporting system-related learning processes\/learning offerings<\/li>\n<li>managing external service providers (offer negotiations, commissioning, coordination between the business unit and the service provider, onboarding, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>ordering and (billing) processing (entry in the procurement tool, invoice verification, obtaining the required approvals, coordination with Procurement)<\/li>\n<li>assisting with controlling activities for the evaluation of training and development measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and experience you will need<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>fluency in English (C1)<\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree (IT\/technical field) or equivalent ideally with additional specialization or degree related to Learning or another area of \u200b\u200bHR<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years of experience in the delivery and management of digital learning tools (preferably Learning Management Systems: Success Factors) as well as experience in IT technologies, processes and user support<\/li>\n<li>ability to support upload, testing, publishing and maintenance of learning content<\/li>\n<li>great skills and experience in creating reports (e.g. participation, completion, usage)<\/li>\n<li>interest in using data to evaluate training measures and derive improvements<\/li>\n<li>experience in coordinating external providers (e.g. exchanging information, clarifying requirements, following up on deliveries)<\/li>\n<li>understanding of ordering and invoicing processes (ideally with experience in a procurement tool)<\/li>\n<li>strong customer mindset towards HR, managers and learners<\/li>\n<li>high willingness to learn new tools and processes<\/li>\n<li>good organizational, coordination, and communication skills with a results- and solution-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, international, and service-oriented environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to have<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>knowledge of German<\/li>\n<li>willingness travel on
