role<\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Owner to join the Product Cluster Online Sales.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will act as the key link between Business Product Owners and development teams, ensuring that business initiatives are properly assessed, prioritized, planned, and delivered across the cluster.<\/p>\n<p>You will oversee the delivery roadmap across multiple teams, coordinate dependencies, support investment and feasibility assessments, and ensure that the cluster&#8217;s delivery capacity is aligned with business priorities.<\/p>\n<p>The role combines product ownership, delivery governance, and portfolio coordination responsibilities in a complex multi-team environment.<\/p>\n<h3>How you will get the job done<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>owning and maintaining the delivery roadmap across the Product Cluster Online Sales<\/li>\n<li>aligning business priorities, delivery commitments, and team capacity across multiple development teams<\/li>\n<li>coordinating planning and sequencing of initiatives, including management of cross-team dependencies and delivery trade-offs<\/li>\n<li>providing visibility into upcoming work, capacity constraints, delivery risks, and roadmap progress to stakeholders and leadership<\/li>\n<li>leading initial assessments of new business initiatives and demands<\/li>\n<li>coordinating high-level effort estimations and technical feasibility assessments with engineering teams and architects<\/li>\n<li>identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions, and implementation constraints early in the delivery lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>supporting prioritisation and investment decisions based on business value, complexity, and delivery capacity<\/li>\n<li>ensuring initiatives are sufficiently defined and ready before entering delivery planning and execution<\/li>\n<li>overseeing delivery progress across multiple teams and proactively addressing bottlenecks, escalations, and delivery challenges<\/li>\n<li>supporting release planning and coordination of initiatives impacting multiple products and platforms<\/li>\n<li>partnering with Business Product Owners to translate business priorities into executable delivery plans<\/li>\n<li>collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, UX, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment<\/li>\n<li>facilitating decision-making around priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across teams<\/li>\n<li>supporting and mentoring Product Owners while driving consistent product ownership and backlog management practices across the cluster<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and experience you will need<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>fluency in English (C1)<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or similar role within software delivery<\/li>\n<li>proven experience managing delivery roadmaps across multiple teams<\/li>\n<li>strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>experience conducting feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and delivery planning<\/li>\n<li>strong understanding of dependencies, capacity planning, and delivery governance<\/li>\n<li>experience working with multiple stakeholder groups in a matrix organisation<\/li>\n<li>excellent organisational, communication, and facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>ability to balance business expectations with technical constraints and delivery realities<\/li>\n<li>experience working closely with software engineering teams, architects, and Business Product Owners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to have<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments<\/li>\n<li>familiarity with API-based architectures and backend dependencies<\/li>\n<li>fluent spoken and written German<\/li>\n<li>experience working with user-facing applications in regulated markets (e.g. insurance or banking)<\/li>\n<li>basic UX understanding and ability to identify real user needs in digital products<\/li>\n<li>experience working with design tools such as
