style=\"font-size: 12pt\">How you will get the job done<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes as well as requirements<\/li>\n<li>translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications<\/li>\n<li>creating detailed outcomes of business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for Business stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on budget, following project methodologies<\/li>\n<li>ensuring issues, preventing requirements to be realized, are tracked, reported, and resolved promptly<\/li>\n<li>effectively communicating plan, status, risks, and issues to the stakeholders in a precise and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>supporting users\u2019 participation in deployments and implementation activities<\/li>\n<li>providing traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests, tracking the delivery of those requirements by the project team<\/li>\n<li>assist with business testing preparation and execution on project deliverables, ensuring the solution meets business expectations based upon approved project scope<\/li>\n<li>creating an appropriate level of product documentation (required for maintenance and support)<\/li>\n<li>eliciting and validating requirements for Product, translate them into relevant Product Backlog items and tasks<\/li>\n<li>monitoring completeness of business requirements, taking responsibility for requirement\u2019s quality<\/li>\n<li>working on estimations together with the whole Development Team<\/li>\n<li>constantly seeking for improvements and excellence<\/li>\n<li>identifying dependencies and blockers impacting planned scope<\/li>\n<li>being a partner in discussions with the Project Manager, Development Team and Architects<\/li>\n<li>supporting Business Process Owner, IT Product Manager, Delivery Team, and Project Manager with a detailed understanding of the product features during Agile increment planning sessions<\/li>\n<li>being responsible for product validation (supporting stakeholders during the testing phase)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Skills and experience you will need<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>fluent English and German<\/li>\n<li>at least 5 years of experience in the software development domain as a Business Analyst or System Analyst or similar role<\/li>\n<li>willingness to team with the Project Manager, accepting a shared responsibility for chasing and escalating tasks \/ issues related to the realization of requirements<\/li>\n<li>ability to stand in for the Project Manager (related to your area of responsibility)<\/li>\n<li>understanding of software development lifecycle, proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery<\/li>\n<li>being able to discuss and propose solutions to technical aspects of software delivery<\/li>\n<li>experience in preparing estimations together with the Development Team<\/li>\n<li>experience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects<\/li>\n<li>demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving approach which can deal with ambiguity<\/li>\n<li>being proactive and feeling comfortable when dealing with senior decision makers<\/li>\n<li>team player who values positive culture and has ability to collaborate in a positive and professional manner with team members and stakeholders in an international context<\/li>\n<li>strong communication\/interpersonal skills combined with stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>practical experience with team collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)<\/li>\n<li>travelling to the European branch locations of ERGO and Munich RE may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Nice to have<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain and with Directory Service e.g. Active Directory or Entra ID<\/li>\n<li>ITIL certification or willingness to
