the job done<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>collaborating in the\u202fdefinition\u202fand harmonization of\u202fglobal HR policies and frameworks,\u202fassisting\u202fthe\u202finternational alignment within different HR teams<\/li>\n<li>\u200bsupporting\u202fthe\u202fevolution of the global learning strategy form the technical perspective<\/li>\n<li>\u200bcollaborating\u202fand\u202fsupporting international implementation and roll-out of digital learning and information platforms e.g.\u202fLinkedIn Learning,\u202fSpeexx\u202fand Learning Management Systems\u202f(Success Factors)<\/li>\n<li>\u200bassisting with\u202fstrategic analysis, definition, documentation, and optimization of processes, features, and configurations for all globally used learning technology solutions<\/li>\n<li>creating the Multimedia Content (e.g. graphic design and text creation, image research, video\u202fshooting\u202fand video editing)<\/li>\n<li>\u200bmanaging release and technical platform and supporting users<\/li>\n<li>\u200banalysing the EdTech landscape (AI, VR, adaptive learning, Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs), etc.),\u202fidentifying\u202frelevant innovations, and assess their potential for global adoption<\/li>\n<li>\u200bsupporting design, delivery, and operationalization of digital learning formats and offerings (e.g., WBTs, videos, Learning Journeys)<\/li>\n<li>\u200bcoordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Data Protection) and external service providers in cross-functional, international projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and experience you will need<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>fluency in English (C1)<\/li>\n<li>master&#8217;s degree (in\u202fan\u202fIT\/technical field)\u202for\u202fequivalent, ideally\u202fcomplemented\u202fby further training in Education or HR<\/li>\n<li>\u200b2-5 years\u202fof experience in the implementation, administration, and continuous optimization of Learning Management Systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including user management,\u202frole\u202fand authorization concepts, as well as integrations with other HR systems<\/li>\n<li>\u200bexperience in the delivery and management of digital learning rollouts or training\u202flogistics\u202fand\/or EdTech Innovation, ideally in a multinational context<\/li>\n<li>\u200bunderstanding of information technology products, tools, and instruments (e.g., learning platforms, content management, user management)<\/li>\n<li>\u200bfirst\u202fexpertise\u202fin\u202fproject management, including IT and\u202fnon-IT\u202fprojects<\/li>\n<li>\u200bgood organizational, coordination, and communication skills with a\u202fclear\u202fresults- and solution-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>\u200bexcellent strategic thinking\u202fskills, with the ability to\u202fanalyze, structure, and improve complex processes systematically and\u202ftranslate abstract trends into actionable learning strategy input<\/li>\n<li>\u200bcomfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional,
