With offices in Warsaw and Gdansk, and strong global partnerships, we foster a dynamic, multicultural environment that promotes diversity and international opportunities.<\/p>\n<h3>How you will get the job done<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>supporting identification of process weaknesses and automation potential with focus on finance related departments e.g. Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Actuarial Services, Risk Management etc.<\/li>\n<li>translating functional requirements into IT related specifications<\/li>\n<li>supporting the design and implementation of finance-related automation, e.g. using no- and low-code tools<\/li>\n<li>supporting projects related to implementation of initiatives for digitalization and automation<\/li>\n<li>collaborating with CFO finance divisions and the functional team in Germany<\/li>\n<li>reporting on progress and process efficiency along defined KPIs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and experience you will need<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>good knowledge of English at min. C1 level<\/li>\n<li>master&#8217;s degree in economics or business informatics<\/li>\n<li>knowledge of IT (e.g. SAP\/SAP S\/4HANA), programming skills, and experience with no\u2011 and low\u2011code tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, Power Automate, SS&#038;C Blue Prism), combined with practical experience in designing and implementing IT solutions and in project management<\/li>\n<li>ability to analyse and communicate complex accounting issues, both orally and in writing, supported by strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>profound process management skills<\/li>\n<li>high level of commitment and strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a high degree of ownership for assigned tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to have<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>good knowledge of German at min.
