With offices in Warsaw and Gdansk, and strong global partnerships, we foster a dynamic, multicultural environment that promotes diversity and international opportunities.<\/p>\n<h3>How you will get the job done<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>processing and reviewing dental insurance claims in line with internal guidelines<\/li>\n<li>communicating with insured persons, providers and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>preparing correspondence and maintaining accurate system documentation<\/li>\n<li>managing claim payments and recovery of costs<\/li>\n<li>participating in projects and special tasks related to supplementary dental insurance<\/li>\n<li>supporting onboarding and training of new employees and trainees<\/li>\n<li>preparing and handling escalated complaints for executive and supervisory boards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and experience you will need<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>fluency in English (B1) and German (C1)<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>experience in customer service, order management, or claims management<\/li>\n<li>openness, reliability and responsibility<\/li>\n<li>strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>analytical thinking and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>clear and effective presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>independence and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>employment in this role will only be possible once it has been confirmed that the Candidate meets the requirement of having no criminal record; the Candidate will therefore be required to provide a copy of a current information from the National Criminal Register. If the above conditions are not met, ET&#038;S will not establish an employment contract with the candidate.
