With offices in Warsaw and Gdansk, and strong global partnerships, we foster a dynamic, multicultural environment that promotes diversity and international opportunities.<\/p>\n<h3>About the role<\/h3>\n<p>As a Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 \u2013 SharePoint Online, you will define and drive the strategic direction of Enterprise Content Management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your focus will be on architectural decisions, designing scalable and secure SharePoint Online solutions, and guiding engineering and business teams on how to leverage Microsoft 365 capabilities effectively.<\/p>\n<h3>How you will get the job done<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>defining the strategic vision for collaboration architecture, including content lifecycle, permission management, and retention policies<\/li>\n<li>leading the design and governance of SharePoint Online solutions, ensuring scalability, security, compliance (e.g. VAIT), and cost efficiency<\/li>\n<li>scouting and evaluating new SharePoint Online features (e.g. SPFx, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Syntex), match them to business needs, and advise engineering and development teams on adoption<\/li>\n<li>integrating models between SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive for Business. Define collaboration patterns<\/li>\n<li>establishing architectural standards and best practices for SharePoint Online, including permission management, content lifecycle automation, and retention frameworks<\/li>\n<li>monitoring and auditing coverage across SharePoint Online sites, including access reviews, entitlement confirmations, and lifecycle triggers<\/li>\n<li>coaching engineering and business teams on SharePoint Online architecture, provisioning, and governance. Support troubleshooting and optimization of configurations<\/li>\n<li>resolving complex technical issues, request feature enhancements, and ensure optimal licensing and setup<\/li>\n<li>answering technical questions from product teams and negotiate architectural decisions during project planning and procurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and experience you will need<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>fluency in English<\/li>\n<li>deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and integration<\/li>\n<li>experience with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview<\/li>\n<li>knowledge in state of the art Frameworks.
