How you will get the job done
- improving Identity & Access Management process (IAM)
- cooperating with the ITSM development team as Product Owner (planning changes in the ITSM platform related to IAM procedures)
- supporting assessment of vulnerabilities related to the IAM area
- monitoring and reporting the IAM process
- participating in audits
- monitoring of external and internal regulations concerning the IAM area
- designing policies and requirements for projects and services
- risk modelling and cooperating with stakeholders in risk analysis operating with external client
Skills and experience you will need
- 2+ years of experience in an IT services management role or similar
- hands-on experience in IT Security management
- knowledge of IAM tools
- good communication skills in written and spoken English
- experience in implementing and maintaining IAM/Security processes, ideally within the Financial Services industry
- very good understanding of Identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, privileged access, RBAC, segregation of duties, need to know, least privileges concepts
- understanding of ITSM processes, in particular, Identity & Access Management and relation to other processes
- risk modelling skills
- basic knowledge and experience in administrating IT components (systems, networks, or servers)
- very good communication skills (with senior management, project managers, service managers, administrators, and IT operation specialists)
Nice to have
- knowledge of MS Active Directory
- ITIL V3 or V4 certification
- other certificates from IT Service Management and IT Security area
