HR Business Partner


About the role

HR Business Partner works directly with an organization’s leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports organizational goals. The HR Business Partner builds partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. HRBP maintains, supports, and develops assigned business units in terms of business unit’s finances (payroll budget), their midrange plans of FTEs, its culture, and its competencies. Is a single point of contact for the assigned business unit and accelerates solving all HR-related issues. Provides strategic and day-to-day HR guidance for the Managers in terms of performance management, employee relations, career development, disciplinary actions, labor law issues, and other more. Analyzes trends and metrics, in partnership with other HR teams, in order to effectively develop, implement and execute solutions, programs, and policies.

How you will get the job done

  • support establishment and growth of a new business area of non-IT services
  • provide HR guidance in transferring a part of the business from Germany to Poland and its further development
  • successfully drive HR agenda and participate to the design, development, and delivery of different actions so that the outcomes meet company’s current and future business needs
  • identifies training needs for business units
  • work on the engagement within the teams and drive creating the desired organizational culture
  • deliver change programmes – deliver continuous organizational and productivity improvements
  • work together with other HR teams to deliver and achieve success in the following areas: Learning and Development, Talent Management, Performance and Reward, Culture and engagement, Employment relations and Employer Branding
  • diagnose and deliver reward and recognition interventions to drive business performance
  • deliver a high quality, professional and valued HR partnership based on a solid understanding of the business and business partnership model.
  • consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • manages and resolves employee relations issues
  • maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with other HR teams to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English is a must, German will be an asset
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in HR Generalist position or various HR roles
  • experience in the HRBP area will be an asset
  • experience working in a shared service center, a contact center or data center is a must
  • ability to work on different HR-related aspects (labor law-related activities, training&development initiatives, organizational structures’ designing, etc)
  • international and multi-company/entity experience in large organizational structures
  • ability to build and maintain business relationship with stakeholders
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ability to work independently in an international environment
  • proactivity and can-do attitude
  • knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • excellent knowledge in Polish Labor Law
  • excellent business acumen
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
