How you will get the job done
- evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law (Polish and German)
- conducting training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention (in all ETS locations)
- compliance monitoring with policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
- inspecting equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
- investigating accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
- recommending solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
- reporting on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
Skills and experience you will need
- English language proficiency (at least B2 level)
- 3-5 years of experience in the Health and Safety area
- higher education in the field of Health and Safety
- knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and the ability to apply them in practice
- knowledge of MS Office (efficiency in using MS Excel, and PowerPoint)
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a team
Nice to have
- first experience in team management
- knowledge of German Health and Safety legislation and regulations
