About the role
As a Governance and Administration Consultant, you will support the establishment and implementation of structures, processes, and operational procedures in the areas of governance, HR, and finance, including but not limited.
The target is to create and implement structures, processes, and operational procedures to support and push the transformation of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG.
The various tasks play a central role in the transformation process of a large and international IT organization. The work environment is highly dynamic, and close collaboration with the senior management of the company is expected.
How you will get the job done
- establishing and further developing the IT Governance
- implementing process frameworks
- establishing relations with 2nd line functions (compliance & risk)
- establishing processes and methods for the steering of HR requirements
- developing financial steering-models
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English, German language proficiency would be an asset
- relevant experience in governance in large, global organizations (consulting background would be an asset)
- understanding of functional processes in governance, HR, finance, and their transformations
- experience in leading strategic initiatives and transformations leveraging consulting, project, and change management skills
- understanding of the insurance and/or financial services industry and regulatory requirements
- experience in the IT industry
- ability to navigate in a complex environment and interact with multiple partners and stakeholders
- high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
- ability to apply initiative and out-of-the-box thinking
- strong organization skills and ability to prioritize deliverables for oneself and the team
- excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- relevant Master’s degree
