In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. About the role
As Global P&C Claims Expert, you will drive the design and execution of technical frameworks, performance models, and transformation levers across multiple markets. Acting as a senior-level contributor, this role combines subject-matter depth with strategic influence—ideal for experienced professionals in claims, consulting, or performance management seeking global impact without direct people management responsibility.
How you will get the job done
- designing and deploying group-wide frameworks, tools, and KPIs to elevate claims performance
- leading deep-dive analyses across markets to identify trends, performance gaps, and strategic opportunities
- translating insights into actionable recommendations for local and Group senior leadership
- providing expert input into cross-functional initiatives (e.g. GenAI in Claims, Diagnostics, Steering)
- acting as a senior sparring partner for market-level Claims Heads and Group CUO stakeholders
- representing the claims function in global working groups and knowledge-sharing formats
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English
- 7–10+ years of experience in claims transformation, technical insurance, or top-tier consulting
- track record of designing frameworks and KPIs at Group or regional level
- strong conceptual thinking, paired with deep analytical capabilities
- ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence at executive level
- willingness for frequent international travel (Europe, Asia, USA)
