About the role

As a Global HR Controlling & Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist, you will support the design and harmonization of global HR reporting and analytics for the ERGO Group. You will shape and maintain HR reporting standards and KPIs, support Strategic Workforce Planning, contribute to global HR projects, including SAP Success Factors, provide data-driven insights and ensure alignment of global HR processes.

How you will get the job done

  • supporting in defining and harmonizing global HR policies, frameworks, and solutions in the assigned functional area, in line with specifications from global HR
  • ensuring alignment with international HR entities as well as HR Germany and ET&S
  • providing functional and analytical support for assigned work packages within the ERGO Group
  • developing and maintaining global HR reporting standards, KPIs and compliance metrics, preparation of HR analyses and standardized global HR reports, considering local reporting requirements
  • supporting the global Strategic Workforce Planning annual cycle and related tools
  • providing operational support for the global job architecture framework (updating, maintaining, and documenting roles and job profiles)
  • participating and contributing to the SAP Success Factors projects and others, and when appropriate, coordinating (sub-)projects within Global Business Services, especially in the implementation of defined global HR concepts, standards, and processes

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English (C1)
  • university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • at least 2 years of experience in HR controlling/analytics or HR reporting within an international or global environment
  • strong analytical skills to interpret and prepare complex HR data, including proficiency in relevant HR systems and reporting tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, HR Forecast, BI/analytics tools)
  • solid understanding of HR metrics, global HR reporting standards, and workforce analytics, with a strong service orientation towards internal HR stakeholders
  • proven ability to work effectively in virtual, multicultural teams, collaborating with global and local HR functions and adapting deliverables to different stakeholder needs and cultural contexts
  • experience in supporting projects from conception to implementation (e.g. preparation of analyses, documentation, coordination of work packages), combined with strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
