How you will get the job done
- supporting organization and coordination of central monitoring activities across the ET&SM portfolio
- assisting in the generation and evaluation of end-to-end portfolio and project reporting of the TTB portfolio across all delivery channels: project portfolio reporting for GF/board level and support (budget) planning processes in Clarity
- aligning reporting requirements and input across the tech hubs as well as with other relevant stakeholders (i.e., Finance, Demand, ESP-Offices)
- advising on the available PMO standards, procedures, methods, tools, and techniques
- supporting the integration of further companies into the reporting and international roll-out of portfolio governance (ET&SM)
- supporting harmonization of procedures across the portfolio and ensuring that project dependencies are considered
- developing and delivering presentations, training sessions, and demos
- organizing, managing & follow up on project meetings
Skills and experience you will need
- excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
- stress resistant
- experience in delivering analysis and presenting data in a condensed way
- fast learner with the ability to adapt to change quickly
- strong ability to manage difficult situations and resolve conflicts
- excellent ability to work in a team; ability to coordinate teamwork
- high skills in managing own work; ability to organize the work of others
- strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture
Nice to have
- expert of MS Office (ThinkCell is nice to have)
- knowledge of Clarity will be a plus
