About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller with a strong analytical mindset and a business-oriented approach. In this role, you will support key financial processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements.

How you will get the job done

  • providing financial analyses (across the full Profit & Loss)
  • cost controlling and analysing budget variances
  • cooperating with various stakeholders; business partnering for non-finance stakeholders
  • participating in the implementation of the BI system
  • developing a deep understanding of business models and value drivers across the organisation
  • preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • taking part in preparing the budget and forecast
  • driving innovations and preparation of ad hoc reports

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English (min B2)
  • good knowledge of Excel (inc. Power Query/Power Pivot) and SAP
  • accounting and reporting knowledge
  • experience in working in a multinational environment
  • strong ambition to grow into a recognised financial controlling expert with a deep understanding of business and value creation
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • self-driven, structured and analytical mindset, combined with the ability to understand the company as an integrated corporate group
  • passion for change management & continuous improvements
