About the role
We are looking for a Financial Controller with a strong analytical mindset and a business-oriented approach. In this role, you will support key financial processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements.
How you will get the job done
- providing financial analyses (across the full Profit & Loss)
- cost controlling and analysing budget variances
- cooperating with various stakeholders; business partnering for non-finance stakeholders
- participating in the implementation of the BI system
- developing a deep understanding of business models and value drivers across the organisation
- preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- taking part in preparing the budget and forecast
- driving innovations and preparation of ad hoc reports
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English (min B2)
- good knowledge of Excel (inc. Power Query/Power Pivot) and SAP
- accounting and reporting knowledge
- experience in working in a multinational environment
- strong ambition to grow into a recognised financial controlling expert with a deep understanding of business and value creation
- strong analytical and communication skills
- self-driven, structured and analytical mindset, combined with the ability to understand the company as an integrated corporate group
- passion for change management & continuous improvements
