About the role

As an External Workforce Compliance Specialist, you will contribute to shaping the processes and tools that ensure a compliant external workforce. You will be responsible for further enhancing the user experience in the supporting tool, including usability, data management and reporting features.

How you will get the job done

• administering the ESM Tool (technically) and providing support for existing and new users, especially in user access management;
• further developing the tool to support access management and compliance processes
• ensuring user experience by enhancing it with elements of AI and bots
• solving technical errors as part of the 2nd line support
• performing continuous control monitoring
• managing the onboardings and offboardings of external staff
• preparing necessary reports for the stakeholders

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English and German
• university degree in IT, preferably in Software Engineering or a related field
• experience in requirement engineering, crafting user stories, leading user acceptance tests, application rollouts, hyper-care assistance and release planning
• a proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for new topics
• excellent interpersonal skills, strong service and solution orientation, balancing business needs with compliance requirements
• quick comprehension, analytical mindset, and strong organizational capabilities

Nice to have

• proven expertise in managing the regulatory aspects of external workforce engagement
• experience with the tool landscape of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) or of Procurement (Coupa)
