About the role

As External Staff Management Specialist, you will act as central link between the responsible Group Center of Excellence in ERGO Group and decentral users in ERGO Technology & Services S.A. as well as stakeholders across ERGO Group, IT ERGO, and additional ERGO subsidiaries in Germany. You will play a key role in strengthening and supporting the establishment of a robust risk management system aimed at preventing false self-employment and hidden labor leasing.

How you will get the job done

  • supporting the coordination of all international ESM users
  • ensuring adherence to German labor law requirements within the ESM process
  • functionally working as part of Group Procurement “Performance & Digitalization”, especially within the External Staff Management Service Team
  • acting as the central point of contact and advisor regarding assessment, risk evaluation, and service description setup for the deployment of external staff
  • supporting business users throughout the entire external staff management user journey
  • processing individual cases in the ESM IT tool, including risk assessments in line with German labor law and audit documentation requirements, in alignment with Group Procurement
  • conducting ad-hoc analyses and supporting further development of reporting and evaluation frameworks
  • delivering training and communication on the Use of External Staff policy and the ESM tool, with a focus on preventing labor law risks
  • proactively contributing to project topics related to end-to-end external staff process management
  • supporting operational and technical onboarding of external staff
  • advising business departments on the deployment of external staff and temporary employment, particularly regarding legal frameworks, operational processes, and best practices

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English (C1)
  • good language skills in German (B1/B2)
  • university degree in Business Administration, Law or related field
  • working experience in risk management topics, ideally labour law
  • experience in project management
  • strong communication, conceptual and analytical skills
  • strong team orientation
  • technical affinity for processing tools
