About the role

Engagement & Development Manager will be responsible for leading efforts in talent & organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and driving a culture based on capabilities within the organization.

How you will get the job done

  • manage the development of implementation plans to promote culture & development programs that support employees in their professional practice, professional development and career progression,
  • manage development activities across the organization from identification of development needs to implementation and evaluation,
  • facilitate sharing of best practice and knowledge across the organization, with business partners, within global areas,
  • partner with hiring managers to effectively onboard new hires to set them up for success in their career within the company,
  • provide coaching, development conversations and guidance to organization,
  • organize, together with the comms & change area, local events to promote the company and share knowledge and experience in the local community,
  • develop, administer and revise training policies and programs based on a solid understanding of employment standards and laws,
  • create employee value proposition & manage employee life-cycle,
  • identify, analyze and review emerging culture issues,
  • managing, supporting, leading the Development & Engagement team.

Skills and experience you will need

  • 4+ years of proven experience in similar position
  • fluency in English is a must, German will be an asset
  • international and multi-company/entity experience in large organizational structures
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ability to work independently in an international environment
  • proactivity and can-do attitude
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
