ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

  • developing a reward concept and policy
  • monitoring remuneration activities in the High Tech and SSO market, providing data, and recommending solutions to the Head of HR and Management Board
  • leading and defining processes of salary management
  • ensuring and developing the process of job position grading
  • upgrading the existing benefits structure to make it more competitive in the labour market
  • contributing to improving bonus practices
  • negotiating contracts with potential service providers
  • developing people analytics area to enhance data-driven and informed decisions
  • salary budgeting and deviation analysing
  • managing a C&B team of specialists
  • ensuring efficient cooperation with the global structures and other key stakeholders regarding the C&B area

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English and Polish
  • min. 5 years of experience in the C&B field
  • experience in leading a team
  • experience in working in a matrix, global organization
  • requires analytical skills, reading data, interpreting data and the ability to recommend solutions in the C&B area
  • knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
  • knowledge of the IT labour market will be an advantage
  • knowledge of WTW methodology will be an asset
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills
