How you will get the job done
- assisting in developing and implementing effective corporate communication strategies and in the communication of processes, strategies or messages from senior leadership
- managing internal communications formats (intranet, newsletters etc.)
- preparing content for the external communications channels (social media, company website, infographics etc.)
- planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate internal and external channels (newsletters, social media, etc.)
- assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, brand awareness campaigns, events planning etc.)
- liaising with external vendors to execute brand awareness campaigns
- leveraging analytics and reports to determine the effectiveness and seek continual improvements in marketing and communication initiatives
- preparing creative concepts and updates about communications & marketing initiatives
Skills and experience you will need
- English and Polish language fluency (C1/C2)
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 or more years of communications & marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate or agency environment
- excellent grammar, composition, and proofreading skills
- thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
- proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- exceptional communication and writing skills
- commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
