How you will get the job done

  • Work with the Head of Change & Communications and key business leaders to create and implement change management and communication initiatives
  • Develop processes, plans, and communication strategies around the Technology Transformation/Service Transition ET&SM is driving on its quest to become a digital-first global technology provider
  • Drive post-merger integration proactively by working with various international stakeholders to generate optimal change practices and ensure their integration as standard way of working
  • Forster leadership development to retain as well as attract top talent who seeks to shape and improve organisations through the application of technology
  • Increase employee engagement sustainably through creation of regular touch-points and understandable storytelling as well as coaching of project teams
  • Identify, analyse & prepare risk mitigation tactics, and manage anticipated resistance facing change efforts
  • Prepare and execute change & communications plans (together with comprehensive change impact assessments) for functions and countries to ensure that diverse transformation projects run efficiently

Skills and experience you will need

  • Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Sociology or other similar fields – Change management certification and designation desired
  • Experience in change management related to business transformations (at least 10 years) – preferably gained experience in multinational corporation within technology industry
  • Proven track record in change management, stakeholder management & engagement, communication, project management and story telling – having applied recognised Change Management practices within complex programs 
  • Application of recognised change management practices within large and cross-country programs
  • Working on large scales business change and transformation programmes, working with, and coaching a network of change ambassadors
  • Proven track record of working on multiple, concurrent projects while still ensuring successful outcome of them as well as defining, documenting, and implementing change management approaches
  • Excellent understanding of how individuals and organisations go through change and transformation processes 
  • Excellent understanding of recognised change model
  • Foreign languages: English and Polish (C2 – proficient), German (C1 – advanced)
  • Certificates: Project Management and Change Management Certifications
