About the role
As a Change and Communication Manager, you will closely collaborate with the ET&SM Head of Change & Communications. Your responsibilities include working with global units to execute change communication processes and ongoing communication projects. The scope of this role is based on managing internal communication and change formats (e.g., Intranet, newsletters), preparing strategic and change content, and implementing new initiatives to reach the target audience through a diverse set of channels.
How you will get the job done
- initiating and implementing international projects in the area of change management for all ET&SM entities
- analyzing stakeholder groups and creating a plan for formats and main messages targeted at specific groups
- cooperating with international stakeholders to ensure consistent, strategic, and change messaging
- supporting change and transformation initiatives through effective communication
- analyzing communication channels and markets where technology teams are located
- organizing events, workshops, discussion sessions, and running communities across the global organization
- promoting a common understanding of business initiatives and projects globally
Skills and experience you will need
- very good command of English, Polish, and German (min. C1)
- master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or other similar fields
- 5+ years of experience in communications and change projects
- 5+ years of experience in project management in the technology/IT or finance sectors sectors
- proven experience in internal communications, change management, and strategic transformation projects
- proficient copywriting, communications, and interpersonal skills
- deep understanding of communications channels, formats, and messaging
