About the role

By joining us as a Business Services Team Lead, you will become an integral part of our rapidly expanding division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, guiding and managing team members. You will empower them to achieve their goals in a positive and productive work environment, supporting their professional growth. However, this role offers more than just leadership and team development. It’s also an opportunity to develop your leadership skills and leave your mark on our organisation.

How you will get the job done

  • managing the team’s budget efficiently
  • identifying and solving problems that hinder team performance
  • ensuring work produced by the team meets quality standards
  • regularly reviewing team output and implementing quality control measures
  • managing changes within the team or organization effectively, including changes to processes, systems, or personnel
  • ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies
  • reporting the team’s progress and challenges regularly
  • facilitating communication between the team and other departments

Skills and experience you will need

  • advanced English and German language skills (min. B2)
  • university degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Shared Services Center (SSC)/Shared Business Services (SBO)
  • 2+ years of experience in team management
  • intermediate knowledge of the MS Office package
  • strong collaboration and communication skills
  • experience in project management with many stakeholders
