How you will get the job done
- supporting identification of process weaknesses and automation potential with focus on finance related departments e.g. Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Actuarial Services, Risk Management etc.
- translating functional requirements into IT related specifications
- supporting the design and implementation of finance-related automation, e.g. using no- and low-code tools
- supporting projects related to implementation of initiatives for digitalization and automation
- collaborating with CFO finance divisions and the functional team in Germany
- reporting on progress and process efficiency along defined KPIs
Skills and experience you will need
- good knowledge of languages: English at min C1 level and German at min B2 level
- master’s degree in economics or business informatics
- knowledge of IT (e.g. SAP/SAP S/4HANA), programming skills, and experience with no‑ and low‑code tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, Power Automate, SS&C Blue Prism), combined with practical experience in designing and implementing IT solutions and in project management
- ability to analyse and communicate complex accounting issues both orally and in writing, supported by strong analytical skills
- profound process management skills
- high level of commitment and strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of ownership for assigned tasks
