How you will get the job done
- being the central point of contact for group stakeholders in respect of transactions performed by local Accounting Team
- overseeing the daily operations of core processes within finance: general ledger, accounts payable & receivable
- veryfing the correctness of tax recognition of income and costs, calculation of corporate income tax liabilities
- calculating withholding tax, IFT declarations
- preparing transfer pricing documentation
- establishing & assessing internal procedures
- evaluating agreements for compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- implementing recommendations on the development and modification of the financial and accounting system
- active participating in SAP implementation
Skills and experience you will need
- full professional proficiency of English (min B2)
- higher education (preferably in economy, finance and accounting)
- +5 years of experience in accounting (knowledge of IFRS will be a strong advantage)
- proficiency in any well-known ERP system ( knowledge of SAP would be an asset)
- experience in working in international environments
- self-motivated leader and able to work on own initiative
- experience in navigating & management of various stakeholders
- practical knowledge of process standardization and improvement (continues improvement mindset)
