Access Manager


Job description:

  • Improving Identity&Access Management process (IAM)
  • create and improving IT operations related to IAM area
  • cooperating with ITSM development team as Product Owner (planning changes in ITSM platform related to IAM procedures)
  • support assessment of vulnerabilities related to IAM area
  • monitoring and reporting IAM process
  • participation in audits
  • monitoring of external and internal regulations concerning the IAM area
  • designing policies and requirements for projects and services
  • risk modelling and cooperation with stakeholders in risk analysis


The successful candidate will demonstrate: 

  • experience in implementing and maintaining IAM/Security processes, ideally within Financial Services industry
  • very good understanding of Identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, priviledged access, rbac, segregation of duties, need to know, least priviledges concepts
  • understanding of ITSM processes, in particular Identity&Access Management and relation to other processess
  • knowledge of IAM tools, MS Active Directory
  • good communication skills in written and spoken Polish and English
  • risk modelling skills
  • basic knowledge and experience in administrating IT components (systems, networks or servers)
  • very good communication skills (with senior management, project managers, service managers, administrators, IT operation specialists)

Desired Certifications:

  • ITIL V3 or V4 certification
  • Other certificates from IT Service Management and IT Security area
