How you will get the job done
- taking ownership of SAP products within your area, ensuring effective budget management, compliance, delivery excellence, and service quality
- overseeing all budgeting and financial management activities, ensuring cost efficiency across both run and transformation initiatives
- building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams that deliver business value efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- serving as the primary escalation point for all IT-related matters concerning SAP products within your area of responsibility
- mentoring and managing SAP/Finance team members in Poland, fostering a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing work environment
- acting as a servant leader, empowering team members, supporting their development, and removing obstacles to success
- developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and key counterparts, becoming a trusted partner for product and project delivery
- driving the continuous evolution of SAP products and services by enhancing ways of working, improving team effectiveness, and building critical capabilities and skills
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English and Polish
- at least 10 years overall IT experience in technical and managerial positions
- experience in managing delivery in SAP landscape
- people/team leadership experience
- corporate IT experience with large projects and complex internal & external dependencies
- working experience with delivery of SAP
Nice to have
- experience with working in a diverse & distributed team
- SAP Technical background
- experience with SAP DRC implementation
